Our Plastic Bucket Mold is made of metal in its entirety and is very strong and durable. It consists of several groups of parts, and this assembly contains the molding cavity. During injection molding, the mold is clamped to the injection molding machine and the molten plastic is injected into the molding cavity where it cools and sets. The upper and lower molds are then separated and the product is ejected from the cavity and out of the mold by an ejector system. Finally, the mold is closed again for the next injection, and the whole injection process is cyclic.
