The preform undergoes a significant alteration after it has been heated once, which means that it cannot be reheated and subsequently blown into a mould. Its characteristics have been irrevocably transformed, rendering the process impossible.
In order to achieve the ideal condition, it is imperative to ensure that the preform is heated evenly.
